This was an exciting moment we've been looking forward too during this entire move besides venturing out to see the local areas and the food and also the kid's school. I must admit it is such a downgrade in size of what we have been used to. This will be our first apartment with our kids. But we will a,e it all work out. Our must haves is a 3-4 bedrm, space in the living room, close distance to the nearest subway and is a perfect center between the kid's school and my husband's work. We chose one apartment but the monthly payment is being negotiated at this point so we soon hope to hear good news. So stay tuned to see which apartment we end up with.
